Appointments, test results and prescriptions across the 11 hospitals of Selva Medical Group now sit in a single app. Because health data is special-category personal data, KVKK and Ministry of Health requirements were central to the design.

Health data is end-to-end encrypted and access logs are stored in an auditable form. Relative authorisation is given with explicit consent, specifying duration and scope. The app talks to hospital information systems over HL7 FHIR.
