Reporting
Bugs are tracked in Jira with severity and reproduction steps. The pre-release go / no-go report covers crash rate, ANR and performance targets.
When does QA come in?
Testing is not left to the end of development; from the first sprint every build gets automated regression and manual exploratory testing. Critical bugs are closed the same day and low-priority ones in the next sprint. You can follow the bug list and test reports in the client portal.
