Every project follows the same framework; only the depth and duration change.
1. Discovery workshop (1-3 days)
Business goals, user profiles, competitor analysis, revenue model and success metrics are defined. Output: a scope document and an initial risk list.
2. Prototype (2 weeks)
We prepare a clickable interface prototype or, for games, a playable core loop. Technical architecture, server needs and third-party integrations are decided.
3. Sprint development (6-16 weeks)
- Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each
- Automated tests, continuous integration, TestFlight and Google Play internal testing
- Work items, hours and progress tracked in the client portal
4. QA and soft launch
Performance, battery and thermal tests run in the real-device lab; metrics are validated with a limited release in selected countries.
5. Launch and live operations
Store listing optimisation (ASO), user acquisition, A/B tests, an event calendar and monthly maintenance releases.
What we need from you
For a successful project the three key conditions are that a decision maker attends the weekly demos as product owner, feedback arrives within the sprint, and content and brand assets are provided on time. When these hold, schedule slips largely disappear.
